JEWELRY CARE
Avoiding Contact with Certain Substances
Jewelry is made from materials that can last for generations. To ensure the longevity and beauty of your pieces, we recommend removing your jewelry when there's a possibility of contact with substances that could compromise its durability and appearance, such as shampoo, hair spray, saltwater, sweat, sulfur soap, etc.
How to Store Jewelry
We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Avoid storing multiple pieces in the same box, as contact between them can cause scratches, and the oxidation of one piece can affect others.
Cleaning
If your jewelry has only fingerprints, you can wipe it with a cloth and alcohol or dip it in a solution of warm water and detergent, then dry it with a cloth. Do not boil your pieces or leave them in hot water for a long time—10 seconds is enough. If the piece is oxidized, we recommend using specific liquid deoxidizers for jewelry or contacting us for guidance and maintenance.
