Exchanges and Returns
We’ll do everything possible to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase, but if you decide to return or exchange an item, that’s okay—it’s your right! You may return an item without reason within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of your jewelry. Exchanges can be requested within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. In both cases (return or exchange), the item must be in perfect condition and in the same packaging as it was sent, including the return number and the original invoice.
For returns, refunds will be issued via bank deposit. THAISA VENTURA reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received.
In Case of Defects
If a defect is found, you can return the product for an exchange or repair within 90 days from the invoice date, as provided by articles 18 and 26 of the Consumer Defense Code.
THAISA VENTURA reserves the right to decide whether the product should be exchanged or repaired. Exchanges will not be accepted in cases of improper use, including dropping, impacts, contact with chemicals, misuse, or oxidation. THAISA VENTURA is not obligated to exchange or repair any product where defects are shown to have resulted from improper use.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the postal return fee will be refunded to the customer (except for additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method different from the standard delivery method we offer).
Procedures for Exchanges, Returns, or Defects
Requests for exchanges, returns, or defect issues should be made via email at contato@thaisaventura.com.
Please include the following information in the email subject line: “exchange,” “return,” or “defect,” and in the body of the email, provide:

Reason for exchange, return, or defect description.
Please send the email before shipping the item for return, as there may be confusion with items returned to our address due to recipient absence. The item should be returned to an address that will be provided in advance via email at contato@thaisaventura.com.
If the desired item is not in stock for exchange, or if repair is necessary, please allow up to 20 days for the creation or repair and shipment of the item.
Shipping and Delivery Times
The shipping time is up to 5 days for in-stock items and up to 20 days for items to be made. This period begins from the payment confirmation.
To determine when the item will arrive at its destination, add the delivery time provided by the postal service at checkout, after entering your ZIP code. We use standard SEDEX service with full insurance for the merchandise.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, traffic, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
THAISA VENTURA reserves the right to suspend contract execution, in whole or in part (without incurring any liability), if performance of its contractual obligations is prevented or delayed due to circumstances beyond its control. If any force majeure event continues for a continuous period of more than thirty (30) days, THAISA VENTURA reserves the right to terminate the contract in writing.
Payment Methods
The THAISA VENTURA website accepts payments via PagSeguro/UOL and SumUp payments. These are secure methods for making your purchases and offer various payment options such as: Debit, Credit (one-time payment), Credit (installments up to 4x without interest), and Bank Slip. We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo, Hipercard, Diners, Discover, Aura, JCB.
The Bank Slip can be accessed via a link that will also be sent by email. To make the payment, print the slip or enter the barcode in your online banking. Your order will be confirmed only when the bank slip is paid. Payment confirmation may take up to 2 days after payment, as this is the time required for bank notification. The payment notification is automatic; there is no need to send the payment receipt. Your order will not be confirmed by sending payment receipts, only through bank validation.
